まずは Release Notes を読む ¶

System Settings / Update で今のバージョンと更改されているリリースバージョンが確認できる。
その下に、Release Notes へのリンクがあるのでそれで確認する

System Settings / Update の下の方

• Export Password Secret Seed: ■

• Apply updates and reboot system after downloading. にチェックを入れるとダウンロード後に再起動して適用が始まるお好みで
